Is there MOQ for the order?

Minimum order quantiy is different for different items.
Minimum order amount for every order is USD$2000. (NTD$60000) if you can't purchase this amount , you only need to cover a little bit of the operating fee.

Our payment terms is 100% T/T OUR after order confirmation.

How many days can I expect to have the goods delivered?

Leadtime for new order normally is 14 working days. And the exact shipping schedule will be based on shipping company’s current schedule. We’ll provide customer a detail shipping advice before the goods are ready to deliver.

Does HYE provide any samples?

Yes, we provide sample kit for our customers and it is free. Customers just need to pay for the courier (via PayPal). The courier charges could be deducted in the coming order.

What items can I get for sample kit?
