Is there MOQ for the order?
One carton for each product; exclusive of customize product, such as cup or sealing films.
Minimum order amount for every order is USD$2000. (NTD$60000) if you can't purchase this amount , you only need to cover a little bit of the operating fee.
 
What’s the shipping term?
We offer FOB, CNF, and CIF terms., You could look at Trade Condition in Home Page
 
How do I pay for the order?
Our payment terms is 100% T/T OUR after order confirmation.
 
How many days can I expect to have the goods delivered?
Leadtime for new order is 7-10 working days. And the exact shipping schedule will be based on shipping company’s current schedule. We’ll provide customer a detail shipping advice before the goods are ready to deliver.
 
Does HYE provide any samples?
Yes, we provide sample kit for our customers worldwide, and the standard sample kit is USD100. And if there’s confirmed order which the total amount is over USD 5000 in the coming future, we’ll refund USD100 sample cost to your end against the order.
 
What items can I get for sample kit?
Based on our export experiences, we have came out some most popular flavor of powder, juice, and jelly products, and these products are included in the sample kit along with some basic equipments for making bubble tea.

How do I pay for sample kit? And when can I receive samples?
Shipping fee for sample kit can pay via PayPal, and once the payment is received, HYE will prepare samples and will deliver the package
 
I’m new to bubble tea business, how can I start?
HYE offers training course in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. The class is one by one teaching, and you can book the course with us at least one month ahead for available schedule.
 
How much should I pay for training course?
The training fee is NTD20,000 for 1person, one by one teaching.
(maximum of 2 people may attend for the class)
 
How should I pay for the course?
We accept cash in NT dollars for the training course.
 

What is the shelf life for the products?

Most of the products can keep one year under cool and dry condition. Tapioca bubbles can only keep 6 months.
 
Where is the different between Round Can and Square Can Juice?
The difference between these two items are they contain different percent of the fresh Juice. Of course, the taste will be different.
